βœ… Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Item missing from the package

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and personalization, we do not accept returns for:

  • Customised or engraved items

  • Items bought during sale/discount events

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged after use or due to improper care

    • Order ID

    • Photos of the product and packaging

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share instructions for shipping the item back.

Once we receive the returned item and complete a quality check:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be made via bank transfer (you will be asked to provide your account details).

  • If you’ve received a defective or incorrect product, we can offer a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability).

  • If not available, a refund or store credit will be issued, as per your preference.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our fault (wrong, defective, or damaged item), Roopo will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is not due to our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
