We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to update prices, discounts, or promotional offers without prior notice.

  • Payments must be completed via approved payment gateways at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within [1–2] business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

  • Delays due to courier issues, natural calamities, or strikes are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer returns/exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at help@roopo.in.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
