📦 Order Processing Time

• All confirmed orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Made-to-order or customized items may require extra processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

Note: Remote or rural locations may take longer than estimated.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. For updates, please subscribe to our newsletter or contact support.

🧾 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and link.

• You can also log into your Roopo account and track the order from the “My Orders” section.

📮 Delivery Policy

• Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout.

• Please ensure your address and contact number are correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

• If you are not available during delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you.

❗ Delays & Exceptions

• Unexpected delays due to weather, lockdowns, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.

• In rare cases, dispatch may take longer for high-demand products, but you will be notified.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or items are missing:

1. Take photos of the package and items.

2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@roopo.in.

3. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
